Week 1 (Q2)

Students this week have been discussing pairs of opposites, especially focusing on adjective pairs. We will then use these words to describe family members and animals. Below are the words students are studying:

  • alto (tall) / bajo (short)
  • bonito (pretty) / feo (ugly)
  • gordo (fat) / flaco (skinny)
  • joven (young) / viejo (old)
  • grande (big) / pequeño (small)
  • fuerte (strong) / débil (weak)
  • rápido (fast) / lento (slow)
  • corto (short) / largo (long)
