After reading and then listening to the song Latinoamérica by Calle 13, students are beginning a mini-research project that asks them for information about a topic of their choice. Students were given an outline of the project, as well as the requirements, in class. Briefly, students will research their topic and include 3-5 facts that they learned in either a poster, artwork, or paragraph. They will also be responsible for a 1-2 minute oral presentation, scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd. The written assignment is ultimately due by Tuesday, October 8th.
